These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the London Art Workshops website and participation in our courses and workshops.

1. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the start of the course.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops in unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided where applicable.

2. Participation & Conduct

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and conduct themselves respectfully.
• London Art Workshops reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who disrupts the session.
• Any artwork created during our sessions remains the intellectual property of the participant.

3. Liability

• London Art Workshops is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions.
• We accept no liability for injury sustained during workshops unless due to our negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials and content provided by London Art Workshops are for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Changes to Terms
